According to the authorized statement, "A strange confrontation draws protagonists Naoe and Yasuke into a original quest, where whispers of forbidden ceremonies and fearsome metamorphoses resonate through the obscurity." The narrative introduces a "unusually garbed woman named Ada" who charges the pair with venturing into the Gemstone Grotto—a significant location from Attack on Titan—to rescue her companion from a hidden sect.

The questline focuses on "bizarre experiments and a fearsome foe" and is available to all players who have acquired the Yasuke character.

Iconic Locations and Metamorphoses

The trailer showcases the Subterranean Sanctuary from Attack on Titan recreated as the Crystal Cave. This significant location was earlier where the Reiss royal family passed down the Founding Titan ability through eras. The trailer ends with a powerful scene showing a character, probably the captive, morphing into a Titan that rises over Naoe and Yasuke.
